Leading multiple initiatives in Capital Markets, Energy and Commodity Trading, ESG, Cyber security & DLT
topics, fostering new relationships between market participants, and identifying new potential business
offerings/services. During this time I executed two noteworthy projects:
- Lead Murex BA: I successfully executed project involving the MxG to Murex 3.1 upgrade, showcasing
exceptional requirement management, database, agile methodology and stakeholder management skills. I was
responsible for the Accounting module and the Datamart reporting and interfaces. I also instrumental in
the implementation of MxTest,

Trade finance cluster for a leading commercial bank. The projectc required, requirements gathering, market

The post-merger involved the carve-out of the EMC (Equities Market and Commodities) business from a large German
bank. And then integration of the business with a big French bank. I was responsible for:
- Transfer of business and IT assets from the source entity to the merged entity in accordance with the
blanket purchase agreement (BPA).
- Analysis of the enterprise architecture of the merging entities, proposed a target IT application
landscape and a target operating model.
- Tracking, coordination and communication across different workstreams/ departments.

unit. Following were some noteworthy projects that I executed during the time:

testing of risk reporting stream across asset classes.

Provide executive leadership in risk management for India’s leading commodity and derivatives exchange.
The major part of the activity was to identify, asses and control of market risk. I was also one point
contact for managing operations with clearing house. My key responsibilities were:
- Understand the Value at Risk (VaR) models (primarily SPAN®), and fine tune them for exchange
- Backtesting and stress testing of risk models
- Product owner for the Risk management system
- Identify, measuring and control credit risk towards the members and warehouses
- Developing warehouse rating model
- Assign ratings and apply hair cuts to collaterals pledged by the members
- Developed funds liquidity policy for the exchange.
- Analyzing and managing cash and credit lines the exchange needs to meet its obligation and in case of
defaults from counterparty

market watch/ operations, etc)
